綜合堅果布朗尼



每一次到餐廳用完餐,我一定會點布朗尼加一球的冰淇淋當餐後點心,吃完後才有一種滿足的感覺. 心裡總是想著我一定要學會做這道甜點,終於我學會囉!也剛好有做Macarons時剩下的義大利奶油蛋白霜,於是就隨手擠個花樣在一旁點綴一下囉!

                                         苦甜巧克力.....200g
                                         奶油....150g
                                  
                                         B
                            
                                         雞蛋....3個
                                         細砂糖....60g
                                         鹽....1/8小匙
                                         萊姆酒...適量
  
                                         C

                                         低筋粉...100g
                                         無糖可可粉.....20g
                                    
                                         D

                                         糖粉........裝飾用

                                        事前準備工作:
                                    
                                        1. 苦甜巧克力磚切碎和奶油一起隔熱水溶化備用.
                                        2. 低筋麵粉+無糖純可可粉混合均勻,以濾網過篩.
                                        3. 堅果類切碎放入已經預熱至150度c的烤箱中烘烤7-8分鐘取出放涼.
                                        4. 雞蛋打散
                                        5. 烤模鋪上一張防沾烤焙紙.
                                        6. 烤箱預熱到160度C



                        做法:
                                        
                        1) 將B料打至砂糖溶化成糊狀,再加入溶化的苦甜巧克力醬拌勻.
                        2) 篩入C料的粉類拌勻,再加入切碎堅果類拌勻.
                        3) 圓形烤盤模型25cm*25cm*cm舖烤盤紙或抹油灑粉,倒入麵糊.
                        4) 放入已經預熱到160度C的烤 箱中烘烤25~30分鐘 (時間到用竹籤
                        插入中心沒有沾粘就可以出爐,若有沾黏再多烤3-5分鐘)
                        5) 烤好將蛋糕從烤模中移出放涼.吃之前可以灑上糖粉,切成自己喜歡的形狀.
